3 EGG YOLKS 蛋黃
50g MILK 牛奶
40g VEGE OIL 植物油
70g CAKE FLOUR 蛋糕粉
3 EGG WHITES 蛋白
50g SUGAR 砂糖
1tsp black cocoa powder 黑可可粉
1tbsp water 清水
內餡 FILLING
100g WHIPPING CREAM 鮮奶油
75g cold MILK 冰牛奶
25g INSTANT CUSTARD POWDER 即用卡斯達粉
