只要有一個屬於自己的麵包食譜,你就可以千變萬化做出各式的麵包~這是適合我家口味的吐司。直接法,沒湯種。口感柔軟有彈性,不粘粘濕濕。禹先生最怕麵包很糾結粘在舌頭上。👅
if you have your owned bread recipe, you can twist and turn to make all types of bun. this is the bread recipe my family having it like almost everyday. no tangzhong but mix with cake flour. it's soft but not sticky. we don't like the bread stick on the tongue 👅

材料 INGREDIENTS
stephie 蔚絲】
200g 鮮奶 fresh milk
1 雞蛋 egg
240g 高筋麵粉 bread flour
140g 低筋麵粉 cake flour
70g 砂糖 sugar
2tsp 即溶酵母 instant yeast
1tsp 鹽 salt
50g 黃油 butter
 【麵糰分成四份。三份可以做 一個450g吐司,剩下的可以做小麵包,漢堡包或者披薩】
[cut the bread dough into 4 equal size,3/4 for 450g toast box. the balance can be use for small bun or pizza bread]
