韓式醃製白蘿蔔 KOREAN PICKLED RADDISH
一公斤重白蘿蔔,用兩小匙鹽醃製一下,五杯水,一杯半糖,兩茶匙鹽,一杯醋,兩茶匙,薑粉,煮沸後倒入白蘿蔔中,冷卻後冷藏保存,
about 1kg big raddish,marinate with 2 tsp of salt,5 cups of water,1 1/2cups sugar,2tsp sugar,1cup vinegar,2tsp turmeric,pour into the raddish when it started to boil,let cool and refrigerate
