韓式辣燉雞是在韓國普遍的家庭小菜,做法容易無油煙一鍋熟。 雞肉很軟很入味,味道有點甜有點辣吃起來無負擔。就這一鍋就很下飯了。如果你家裡有韓式辣醬務必要試一試。😋 dakdoritang is a very common comforting food in Korean family. it's easy to cook, and yet tasty. Korean spicy chicken stew have a sweet and spicy flavor in one pot, the texture of chicken is soft and flavourful. if you got gochujang at home do give it a try ❤️


材料 INGREDIENTS
[STEPHIE'S RECIPE]
1  只雞 Whole Chicken 
2  馬鈴薯 Potato
2  胡蘿蔔 Carrot
2  洋蔥 Onion
1  tbs 芝麻 Sesame seed
4 青蔥 Spring onion

醬料 SAUCE
1  蒜頭(切碎) Whole Garlic (mince)
3 tbs 砂糖 Sugar
4 tbs 韓式辣醬 Gochujang
3 tbs 醬油 Soy sauce
3 tbs 米酒 Rice wine
2 tbs 麻油 Sesame oil
