【多用途內餡做法】
STEPHIE'S KITCHEN
 學會了這幾個多用途的內餡做法無論做麵包,做包子還是做月餅都很實用。無油減糖卻不失美味喔(除了奶皇餡)❤️
you can use this in bread, pao, mooncake or more.. this recipe oil free less sweet but yet tasty (except custard filling)❤️

材料 INGREDIENTS
[STEPHIE'S RECIPE]
MUNGBEAN PASTE 綠豆餡
300g PEELED MUNG BEAN 去皮綠豆
3/4cup SUGAR 砂糖
1/4tsp SALT 鹽
water 水


SWEET POTATO PASTE 紫薯餡
200g PEELED PURPLE SWEET POTATO 
去皮紫番薯
2tbsp SUGAR 砂糖
2tbsp MILK 牛奶


CUSTARD PASTE 奶皇餡
100g MILK 牛奶
2 EGGS 雞蛋
1/2tsp SALT 鹽
1tbsp CONDENSED MILK 煉奶
30g WHEAT STARCH 小麥澱粉
30g AP FLOUR 中筋麵粉
50g SUGAR 砂糖
10g CUSTARD POWDER 卡斯達粉
30g butter 牛油
