超柔軟又好吃的抹茶豆沙包。搭配上個影片做的無油紅豆泥不會太甜,完全沒有油膩的感覺。小巧可愛,出爐直接秒殺~😋 
super soft and yummy mini matcha redbean pao with homemade oil free redbean paste. its not oily, not too sweet. trust me this little thing won't have chance to cool down on the table~😆

材料 INGREDIENTS

100g PAO FLOUR 包粉
60g WATER 水
20g SUGAR 砂糖
1/2tsp INSTANT YEAST 即溶酵母
1tsp MATCHA POWDER 抹茶粉
1tsp VEGETABLE OIL 植物油
