胡蘿蔔蛋糕雖然加了很多蘿蔔絲,但是我保證你吃不出蘿蔔的味道。配上奶油乳酪超級好吃哦😍

材料 INGREDIENTS
3 EGGS 雞蛋
80g SUGAR 砂糖
80g VEGE OIL 植物油
130g AP FLOUR 普通麵粉
1tsp CINNAMON 肉桂粉
1tsp BAKING POWDER 泡打粉
40g RAISIN 葡萄乾
60g ROASTED WALNUT 核桃
160g SHREDDED CARROT 蘿蔔絲


內餡 FILLING
FROSTING 奶油乳酪
30g BUTTER 牛油
160g ICING SUGAR 糖粉
100g CREAM CHEESE 奶油乳酪
