記得人生第一次吃葡式蛋撻是在澳門旅行。那時候的吃下的第一感覺是很想帶回家,可是是不可能的事。😂 超級好吃,但是又沒辦法一下吃很多。學會自己做,買了速成塔皮,隨時在家想吃幾個做幾個~❤️ 超簡單省時,比出門買還快。😆
Still remember the feeling of first attempt to Portuguese egg tart. I was hoping that I could bring some home, which is not possible. 😆
it's super yummy, but not able to eat a lot at the same time. now we learn how to diy at home. with instant puff pastry, we can make it anytime, big or small portion as wish~ fast and easy recipe ❤️ 

材料 INGREDIENTS

60g MILK 鮮奶
30g SUGAR 砂糖
2 EGG YOLK 蛋黃
100g FRESH CREAM 鮮奶油
PUFF PASTRY  即用酥皮
