Hong Kong egg tart is very easy to make, and also required only basic ingredients which you can find in the house. It taste simple yet 😋 

材料 INGREDIENTS
[做 make 6]
[~170c 30mins~]

 塔皮 TART SHELL
80g AP FLOUR 中筋麵粉
50g BUTTER 牛油
20g ICING SUGAR 糖粉
1 EGG YOLK 蛋黃

內餡 FILLING 
70g HOT WATER 熱水
30g SUGAR 砂糖
40g MILK 花奶/鮮奶
1 EGG 雞蛋
