這次嘗試做不用發粉泡打粉的核桃香蕉蛋糕。口感柔軟細膩,不會太甜 而且吃下‘香蕉加核桃’蛋糕的感覺就是不會感覺很有罪惡感,哈哈哈。。 我真的對任何豆類沒有抵抗力,一出爐就想一口咬下去。加上滿滿香蕉的味道。。完美!🍰

This time I'm trying to make walnut banana cake without baking powder and baking soda. It turn out super soft and moist, not too sweet. and we never feel guilty having a banana + walnut walnut kinda cake right? lol~ I can't resist any food related to nuts 🥜, that banana smell makes me starved in no time 💕 


材料 INGREDIENTS


120g 香蕉 BANANA
4 蛋黃 EGG YOLKS
40g 植物油 VEGE OIL
20g 鮮奶 FRESH MILK
85g 蛋糕粉 CAKE FLOUR
4 蛋白 EGG WHITES
60g 糖 SUGAR
一把核桃 handful of WALNUT

[7寸蛋糕] [7 INCHES CAKE]
